You can write an e-mail to albert@tigr.net. Writing an e-mail is really the most reliable option. I am rarely off the internet for more than a few days, so your e-mail should get to me in a reasonable time.

I would not mind giving a telephone number but I have quite a number of them due to all the travel. You would need to find out what country to call first. My profile is on a number of social networks too but I do not recommend sending me messages there. I rarely check my profiles and incoming messages there, so it is much, much slower if you want to get in touch. Better send me an e-mail.
