Turn off animation, it sucks. Sorry for the language and apparent lack of
tact, but it really does. It's quite slow so I just disabled it. Edit you
wharf file in /usr/share/afterstep to turn off your animation.

The box said Windows 95 or better, so I bought a Mac.
