Well, one thing you could do is put a resize icon on your Wharf and use
that when you can't grab the corner.
"Wharf Resize Resize Resize " should do it. Using the same concept
you could add raise and lower icons to put the winlist out of the way.
Personally, I stopped using winlist because there was no place to put
it. I use a "WindowList" in my Zharf, and save the real estate that
winlist was taking up. In fact I have also completely replaced my
Wharf with a Zharf on the bottom of the screen.
