You must mean "the picture on the right" not the left.  The tool there is
ascp which no longer works on AS > 1.0 or so (maybe a little after that
but not much).  It's apparently back in development now.  Also, guylhelm
is making a configuration tool as well.  I haven't gotten it to run yet on
1.5pre5 on FreeBSD though.
