How can I make my windows fixed?

Hi...I'm using AS 1.4.5 and I was wondering if it is possible to keep some
windows remained fixed in one place like the wharf (not sticky)?
Also another question, my Real Player has just recently lost its window
border and hence I can't move it around at all. I've tried to reinstall
the player but the problem doesn't go away. Is this some kind of bug???
Can someone show me how to fix this as well please?? Thanks in
advance!
