Hi,

I canot find an aswer to this problem in the FAQ. Can you please help me ?
Trying to install the afterstep RPM on my Redhat 4.2 system, I received
this error saying :
"failed dependencies:
        /bin/sh is needed by AfterStep-1.4-1"
/bin/sh is a symbolic link to bash on my system. Is that okay ??

So, I ran rpm with the "nodeps" option, but now, it still doesn't work.
I have created a ".xinitrc" file with "exec afterstep" in it, but when I
run startx, I get the error : /usr/share/locale: No such file or directory
BUT THIS DIRECTORY DOES EXIST on my system!!

Can you help me out please ???

Thanks a lot!!
