I had a lot of problems with the rpms on those very versions of AS, so I
went out and got the source and compiled it myslef. Once compiled, it
installed flawlessly. I am running the newest version from the source code,
and haven't had any difficulty with it. Did you compile from the source?
What kind of errors were you getting? If you used the source, did you untar
it on a fully writable partition (ie: ext2 not a DOS partition). I'd like to
help; if I can be of some assis please let me know.
