User manager

Hepp!

Now that I'm a little bit further in setting up AS I was wondering about a
couple of things that isn't all AS related. The thing I wanted to ask about
here is if anyone knew where to get a good user management program. I need
something to add, delete, edit etc etc users.

Anyone ?
