VLUG certainly could provide a site if needed.  As you may or may 
not know, we already host the www.linux.ca site on the Ladybug server
as well.

UVic have no problem hosting so long as the organization is a non-profit
group.  Additionally, either the primary DNS needs to be at UVic,
or else Gordon McCague needs to be listed as the Technical Contact 
for the DNS record.
