I'm afraid I've spoken a little out of turn.  Seems that location of
the group is also a factor.  Gordon is going to inquire to see if 
Afterstep.org qualifies.

If UVic cannot provide the facilities, CSP almost certainly can.  I
will open a dialog later today to establish this for sure.  Knowing
average monthly traffic levels would be handy.

BTW, I just tried contacting www.afterstep.org, and the server's
not responding.  Is this related at all?
