Is there any chance this could be user error? Your choice of names for
the xpms ("top" and "bottom") seems to indicate that the pixmaps would
be 64x10, not 10x64. Using 10x64 pixmaps with the above configuration,
I did indeed get what you describe, but that's not a bug. Using 64x10
pixmaps and changing "Size 10 64" to "Size 64 10", it looks fine. Also,
I tried adding the line "*WharfRows 1" to make the Wharf horizontal, then
using 10x64 pixmaps, and that worked well, too.
