Changing the window menu

I had "Maximize 100%" and "Maximize 80%" in my window menus when I was
running AS1.6.6. When I switched to AS1.6.10 these entries disappeared.
I know that I have to edit my feel file but I don't know what the lines
should look like. Can someone please tell me?
