Okay...I'm working on a really cool theme that once I get everything
ironed out, I'll send it to themes.org.  I have one slight problem
though...

In the start menu....when you click on the title, normally, a button would
appear so that you can close it (Usually the X).  In almost every look
this is true. However, I can't seem to find the line that toggles that in
any of them. How do I set that?
