Windows alway sent behind

Hi,

I've just started using Afterstep. I'm using 1.6.10.

Whenever I open a new window in an application (like in Netscape) that window
is always sent behind my original window. This is especially annoying when the
app spits out a modal dialog box. I also use xfmail. Each message is in it's
own window so when I'm reading mail and open a message it gets stuck behind the
original window.

I haven't changed much as far as the original configuration goes. Just messed
with my start menu. Is there a way to change this odd window behavior?
