modifying window titlebars

When I have an xterm from a remote machine displayed locally I
would like the color of the text in the titlebar to be different
than for other xterm's.  I can't seem to find a way to do this in
the look, feel, or database file.  Is it possible?  I also didn't
find that as an option on the command line for xterm, like
geometry, or fg, bg, so on.
