	I don't recall any bugs with the WinList not reading it's config
file in that version.  Are the permissions correct - is it readable by the
user starting WinList?  In the winlist file, do you have the
relevant entries as "*WinList...", with a * and not a #?  What is
*WinListGeometry set to, possibly -50+50.  To have WinList extend across,
verify that you have "*WinListOrientation across" in the winlist file.
	man WinList has all the options for the winlist file.
