WindowList not looking at config.

I just upgraded to 1.4.5.0 and I've found that the Window List always 
appears about 50 pixels right and 50 pixels down from the upper-left 
corner.  In addition Window List extends down rather than accross and 
seems to ignore changes in both ~/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/winlist
and /usr/share/afterstep/winlist.
 
Any suggestions?
