	Testing this on 1.4.5.55N(6), specifying *WharfRows 2, and
*WharfColumns 2 *together*, provides a two rowed, two columned wharf - as
would be expected.  Seeing as how the 1.5pre series is devel, and I can't
even get teh wharf to appear while testing it - I'd say the wahraf is not
yet fulling functional and/or playing nicely with afterstep itself.
