Isn't there already a new group of folks "updating" the web page?
I'd be glad to help out in this arena if need be.

I would love to maintain the ftp site wherever it resides. I am
unable however to host it with my dynamic connection; in the near future I
might have a dedicated connection (waiting for the cable modems to be
released here!).
