New windows

Hi.

I'm using version 1.4.5.55N6. Is there a way to tell AfterStep not to open a
new window in the upper let corner? The problem is that Winlist covers the
titlebar of the newly opened window and it's difficult to move it, using the
mouse on the titlebar. I had to make Winlist not to stay always on top, so
that i can focus on the new window and move it somewhere else.
