i beleave the way to do it is by editing what ever FEEL.* file you use.
here is a line for a perl/tk program i use, It should be all on one
line...
Style "Entry" NoTitle, Sticky, StaysOnTop, WindowListSkip,
NoHandles
"Entry" is the name of the window, and NoHandles is what gets rid of the
title bar and boarder.
