Hi all,

I want to thank (publicly) the gracious hosts of the FAQ file.  Thanks to
both David Mihm <davemann@ionet.net> and Marcin Pacyna
<mpacyna@idirect.com>.

I should also mention, in defence of the Web team _et al._, that everyone
gets busy from time to time.  I _did_ receive a response from one of the
Web team people saying that he's having technical difficulties, and has
(as a result) been almost completely offline for the better part of a
month.  And, I certainly don't want to leave the impression I'm casting
aspersions: after all, it took me ages to get this latest version of the
FAQ ready, and it's not much of an improvement over the last one!

And now, back to our regular programming . . .
