New AS FAQ!! (was: Re: 3X3 bug)

Andrew's latest effort in updating the FAQ can be reached at the

Many thanks go to Andrew for his great work in getting this FAQ updated!
I also am disgruntled with the response of the AS web team - 2 months (and
counting) is not a good turn-a-round time for a web page for such a moving
target as AS....I wish I had signed up on the team :(
I will make anything AS related avail to the greater AS community, ple cc
anything that you send to the slow reponding AS-web team to me - I'll get
it up within 10 minutes of reciept!
