Hi all,

I've just sent the new FAQ to ftp.afterstep.org.  It'll no doubt move to
the public area soon.  It's in sgm in the Linuxdoc DTD; I've also made
available a gzipped tarball of the html pages.

I numbered this 1.4.6.  I was sort of leery of doing so, since it's
different than the current AS distribution number; but the current
numbering of AS seems to be confusing a few people.

I included a couple of new sections.  If you think there's something that
I ought to have addressed, and failed to, please feel free to let me know.
I can adjust it in the next little while.
