Customizing my own look file

Hey all! I'm trying to customize AfterStep with my own *.look file and
starting little by little. I am having trouble with how to change the
background of the button/icon (not sure what they are called)....I'm
referring to the little square that comes when you minimize an xterm for
example. When I minimize the xterm i have a pengin icon that is
created....this is what i'm talking about..it has a grey background and i
want a pixmap background. How do I do this?
And the second question is with the bar that's created on the top of
AfterStep's virtual console/window when you open an xterm or other window.
Right now with look.Stone it's a plain gray. I wanted a pixmap for that
too. Thanks in advance,
