Nope, you're not blind.  But to change the menu title color in 1.4.5.55N 
you have to use the new option MTitleForeColor.  Check the CHANGELOG for 
other new features.

Yay, somebody likes my MacOS8 look. :)  If you want a really authentic 
look, get Charcoal from a Mac and use xfstt (if you haven't already).  
Well, when I made the look, I also made a patch to add space around the 
text on the titlebar.  But I didn't think it was useful enough, so I 
didn't submit it.  I'll submit it for the next version.
