What I ended up doing was, and I don't know if this is the "correct" way
of doing it, so if there's a better way, then somebody please tell me as
well, but I went into /usr/share/afterstep/pager and just commented the
stuff out about pager 1, 2 and 3 and rename pager 0 as "My VD" (I'll leave
it upto you guys to draw your own conclusion about the name). I remember
going into /u/sh/af/autoexec and modifying it so that only Pager 0 is
executed as well (I'd have more info, but I'm at school right now). If
that doesn't seem to do the trick, then let me know, I'll go home and see
what else I did.
