Never tried feel.Windowish (why should I ;-) ) But at least you can
copy the feel file you want to use into yor non-configureable
directory under the name feel.XXbpp (XX for you colordepth) for the
respective desktop ~/GNUstep/bla/bla/non-configureable/desk0/ (desk1,
desk2, ...)
