Re: Average load.

I've had something like this, I'm not sure it is related to AS.  I
sometimes get zombies from the command "top", which is run when you click
on xload in the wharf.  Run top from either a commandline or click on
xload, and find the line near the top that has "zombies:" on it.  See if
you have any zombies, and if you do look for them on the list of processes
below.  Kill them off (kill -9 to be safe) and see if your load drops.  In
my case, I had a top zombie using almost all my cpu time.  If indeed you
also have problems with top, let us know in case this is a pattern among
AS users.
