You can run asmail on that machine and redirect the output to your own
display. This is only possible if your asmail configuration is available on
both systems (for example via NFS mounted home directories). You can
probably use the following command:

	xon mymailhost asmail &

The xon command takes care of setting the DISPLAY environment variable
correctly.

If the directory structure is not identical, you can pass the filename of
the configuration file as argument in the invocation:

	xon mymailhost asmail /path/to/asmail.config &
