This is called "PutOnTop".  So if you find all occurances of that, you'll
find where it is bound to a mouse button.  It might be that it is set up
in a Function, and that the function is bound to a mouse button (this is
my setup).  You might want to use

grep -n "PutOnTop" *

in your feels directory to find any occurances of "PutOnTop" in any of the
feel files.  Note that this is a case sensitive search.
