Window Stuck on top

How do I turn off the fact that, upon triple clicking on a window's
title bar, it gets stuck on top of all of the others.  I'd like to turn
this into the shade function on a double click, but I can't seem to find
the place to do it.  I've looked in the feel files at the mouse
bindings, but I cannot see where to set anything for double/triple
clicks, only single clicks.
