Very good idea :-)

I'm not sure - like I said, I'm confused.

OK.

Good to know - I don't have that built up yet.

This is where I'm totally confused. In the start/applications/network
I've got:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 40 2006-07-22 21:16 1_ftp
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 46 2006-07-22 21:16 2_ncftp
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 44 2006-07-23 06:42 3_lynx
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 44 2006-07-22 21:16 4_mail
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 49 2006-07-22 21:16 5_irc
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 48 2006-07-22 21:16 7_news
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 52 2006-07-22 21:16 8_telnet
But when I pull up the menu with the mouse I get
Ftp
NcFTP
Lynx
Mail
Irc
Newsreader
Telnet
Gaim
Gnome ICU AIM/ICQ client
GnomeMeeting
Web Bookmarks
Web Browser
The directory corresponds to everything before telnet in the ls -l
command, but I don't see where Gaim comes from. .include appears with
ls -la. I want to be able to edit Web Browser so I can grab the one
I want.

I don't click, I flow. Not having the wharf is my appreciation of
afterstep - it fits with the whole minimalist picture. Plus, my kids
can't figure it out (yet!)
:-)
Thanks for your help - I really appreciate it!
