[As-users] focus to new window?

Dear AS colleagues,
I am running the AS 2.2 now and it works great.
One thing which I find quite annoying is that I
can't figure out the focus issue. I want the AS to
give a focus to new opened window. For example, if
I click on "Write new mail" button in thunderbird,
new window starts but focus stays in the main
Thunderbird window. In this case, I must
explicitely click on the new window to bring it to
focus. In my feel style, the focus doesn't follow
the mouse position.
Any solutions for such problem?
