[As-users] annoying feel: windows snapping to edge

Hi,

I've searched the archives but the answers didn't work for me.  When I
move windows near the edges of the screen they keep snapping to the
edge.  This is annoying.  Previous posts suggest setting:

ScreenEdgeAttraction    0
WindowEdgeAttraction    0

In the .feel file.  This doesn't work for me.  I can press cntrl-shift
while moving to disable the behavior, but I don't want to use
cntrl-shift everytime I move a window.  Any thoughts?
