Either pont MyBackground to ~/.afterstep/non-configurable/0_background, 
or leave filename blank, like so :

MyBackground "standard"
	Use 0	~/.afterstep/non-configurable/0_background
	Scale
~MyBackground

or:

MyBackground "standard"
	Use 0
	Scale
~MyBackground
