So how do I make this

data?  The file /usr/include/X11/cursorfont.h just
contains some defines, there's no connections to
the .xbm or .xbm.mask files.  In cursorfont.h it
has

#define XC_left_ptr 68

but Cursor 2 is giving me

#define XC_X_cursor 0

Where is the connection between numbers and file
names?
