Pager, root window, Nautilus

Hi all,
First, kudos to the AS team, keep up the good work.
I've used AS for years and there are 2 problems I'm trying to solve
(currently on AS 1.8.11).
First, is it possible to not see a particular application's window in
the pager, with a database entry of other means?
Second, does anyone knows how to use Nautilus desktop with AS? I'd like
to have these blended icons and be able to drag'n'drop stuff to the
desktop. But if I let Nautilus take over the root window, the root
window show up as an application's window in the pager (hence first
question) and Nautilus' root window doesn't span over all the virtual
desktops.
Last, not AS specific but maybe someone knows, how can I tell Nautilus I
want the AS menu on the mouse left click?
Thanks a lot.
