Afterstep logs me out consistently.

I am in another trouble now. It's only been few days I switched to
afterstep. I work on solaris -sun OS. Whenever I run a particular
application with gui (happens with only one application) it logs me
out. It consistenly logged me out thrice yesterday. I gave up after
that. It looks like an xserver connection problem. Has anybody else
faced such a problem. Could you point out to the solution. I would
really appreciate any help here.
