Titlebuttons re-arrangement

Hi,

I've made a motif-look for afterstep, but wonder if it is possible to 
re-arrange the title-buttons.

The iconize-button also works as maximize-button, but this isn't how I 
like it.

I would like to have on the right-side minimize, maximize and 
close-button, so please tell me it is possible and where to make the 
adjustment.
