Why not write two wrapper scripts?
wmnet1.sh:
#! /bin/bash
wmnet -L eth0 -W eth0 -x 30000000 -l
wnnet2.sh:
#! /bin/bash
wmnet_eth1 -L eth1 -W eth1 -x 30000000 -l
Then edit your wharf file as follows:
*Wharf Wmnet0 - Swallow "wmnet" wmnet1.sh &
*Wharf Wmnet1 - Swallow "wmnet: wmnet2.sh &
This allows you to tweak such things as environment settings for the
individual instances.
