Textures on titlebars

Hello,

I've been having this problem for a while.  I have an 8-bit display :(,
and that means textures look terrible.  How do I get rid of titlebar
textures (and menu textures)?  It seemed to me that I selected "No
textures" in my look file, but they persist (except on the PureNext look).

Also, how do I affect the background color in the pager?  I want it to be
the same as my usual (xsetroot) background color.

Any hints?
