how to save session

Sorry if this is an old question...

I'm running AS 1.8 on FreeBSD and I can't figure out
how to save my current session... maybe I did away with some
pulldown menu that saves it, I don't know. Can somebody
tell me how to save my current session so that netscape,
emacs and xterms come back in the same place?
