start menu issue

Hey all,

I was curious if there was a configuration option to supress folders in
the start menu?  I would like to be able to store my G/L/A tree in CVS on
my local machine, so I can keep track of my changes.  The issue becomes
that then I see all the CVS folders in the start menu.  Any quick way
arround this?
