PageUp/PageDown in aterm

It depends what you mean with "get them to work" -- ie. what happens and
what do you *want* to happen when you press each?

That being said, guessing that you want the keys to work in applications
running in aterms, I had some problems with the keys too.  I ended up
using this in src/feature.h:

#undef LINUX_KEYS

... which helped my problem (PageUp/PageDown not working in Mutt).
Search for LINUX_KEYS in src/feature.h and you should get to the right
place.
