Balloon borders for Pager.

I'm having probs getting the border for pager balloons to show up.

Here's an excerpt from my 'pager' file.

BalloonBorderWidth   1
BalloonBorderColor   #00FF00

MyStyle "*PagerBalloon"
   Font                -adobe-helvetica-bold-r-*-*-10-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

~MyStyle

Also, I haven't been able to put pager/wharf MyStyles in my look file,
so I've put them into their respective files.  Something I'm doing
wrong?
