Running AfterStep on top of Gnome in RH6

Hi,

How do I run AfterStep on top of Gnome in Red Hat 6.0? I tried adding the 
AfterStep window manager in the Gnome settings but it refuses to take the AS 
in. Since RH6 comes with Gnome default, how do I switch to AS or can both of 
them run side by side?
