wierd bug in 1.7.155+

Hi all,

I've come across a weird bug in 1.7.155 (it is still present in 1.7.157). 

When I do a Quit->"Restart this session" all windows that were iconified 
do not redraw their frame when uniconified after restart. The window 
contains a copy of the backdrop and nothing else. If I click in the 
window with the left mouse button, the window is resized (as if I chose 
resize from window-op menu), if I use the right or middle mouse buttons I 
can move the window.

The window is unable to get focus (but it is auto-raised as if it did 
(focus-follow-mouse)). This makes all inputs go the previously active 
window.

I've seen this problem with at least aterms, xconsole, netscape and exmh. 
(Basically all windows that were iconified).
