Click anywhere to raise?

Hi

I'm now running AfterStep v1.6 on a RH6.0 Linux box and I'd like
to configure it so I can click anywere in a window (not just the
title bar and/or borders) to raise it, while still keeping other mouse
functionalilty. I've been unable to figure out how to do this, myself.  Can
anyone help?
