Actually, this is correct behavior.  When xv changes its window size, it 
requests a new (x,y) position as well, which AfterStep is expected to 
grant.  The "fixed" behavior you mention was actually broken - the xv 
window moved down and/or across the screen (depending on your AS config), 
which happened to leave the titlebar visible.

If you're having trouble moving the xv image window while it's full 
screen, and you're using the default feel, press control-shift-F5 in the 
window to move it.
